By using email auto responders, you can setup a special type of email account. Whenever someone sends an e-mail on that account, they receive an auto-reply without any manual intervention. They look like a pop account. Usually the e-mails we receive from auto responders read as "Thanks for sending your e-mail. This is an auto generated reply.
